(iii) Been given basic health and safety training relating to the equipment;

(iv) Produced any necessary certification of advanced training for specialist equipment;

Manufacturers pass this responsibilty to their retailers and therefore this precludes purchases of power equipment without customers being given this essential health and safety guidance at point of sale.
